Costs
The remunerations for the actions of our office are calculated according to the legal regulations.
In individual cases different remuneration agreements can be made, e.g. the fixation of an hourly fee or the orientation of the object value.

With regard to our legal services, we calculate our remuneration according to the Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz (RVG) (Lawyers’ Remuneration Law) or according to individual remuneration agreements between our clients and us.
Any fees to be charged are calculated according to the value in dispute (§ 49 b sect. 5 BRAO), (Federal code of Lawyers’ Fees).
In individual cases, we assess our remuneration together with the clients according to the time involved or according to an adequate value in dispute.
We are happy to explain any details in the course of a personal conversation.
For a first consultation, we normally charge a remuneration between 180,00 EUR and 250,00 EUR, depending on the value in dispute and on the extent of the consultation.
For mediation services normally a remuneration of between 180,00 EUR and 320,00 EUR per hour is charged according to § 43 RVG.
If desired, we compile protocols of the mediation session, which are accordingly charged by the expenditure of time.
In the case of an assignment of a notarial authentication of the final mediation agreement, a separate remuneration according to the Gerichts- und Notarkostengesetz (GNotKG) (Notary’s Remuneration Law) is to be paid.
